Heathrow Met Police SO18 Aviation Security Dealing Steroids

A Heathrow Aiport armed policeman and bodybuilder, PC Jarnail Virdee,  has been arrested on suspicion of supplying illegal steroids to armed collegues. Four other officers have been suspended from firearms duites over the chemical abuse.

British Transport Police Manager faces jail for £82,000 fraud

A British Transport Police manager faces jail after she admitted defrauding the force's expenses system to spend £82,000 on five-star breaks in Britain.

Louise Micklewright, 30, paid for herself and her friends to stay at hotels such as the Ritz and travelled by first class rail to cities including Edinburgh and Manchester

London PCSO jailed for sex assault on girl

A Metropolitan Police community support officer has been jailed for three years for sexually abusing a young girl.
Paedophile Jeffrey Opoku-Bempah, 46, was found guilty of assaulting his victim, under the age of 13, at a flat in Cricklewood, north-west London.

PC lie to aid lover

A Policewoman lied to get her boyfriend off a speeding charge a court heard yesterday.

PC Anna Glynn, 29 allegedly said she was caught driving a BMW that was caught on a speed camera.

Glynn of Bexley, SE London, hoped to spare Lee Wilton, 30, points on his driving license, Southwark Crown Court heard. But the film from the speed camera showed a man behind the wheel.

Both deny perverting the course of justice. The Trial continues.

Tipping off Drug Boss

A bent cop has been jailed for tipping off a drug gang boss as he was aboutto be arrested.

Det Con Matthew Reed was part of top secret operation Jackson poised to bust a £2.3 million herion smuggling racket.

Det Con Reed passed on details of the probe to a contact who then relayed it to the criminal. The wanted man fled to Ibiza causing police a serious setback, Cardiff Crown Court was told.

Dad of one Reed, 32 sacked from his job in Fairwater, Cardiff admitted misconduct in public office and was jailed for 15 months.

Judge David Wynn Morgan said he committed a "gross breach of trust"
